Refund Policy
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- Refund only if you receive wrong/invalid contact number
- Refund only if you paid multiple times for the same contact
- No refund if parent doesn't answer - try calling at different times
- Parents may be busy, try calling at different times of day
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment

Refund Process

- Include reason: wrong number, invalid contact, or duplicate payment

User Accounts & Registration
Account Creation

- Complete background verification and keep credentials updated
- Report any safeguarding concerns immediately to our support team
Payments & Fees
Platform Fees
- Registration on EZ Tuitions is completely free for both students and tutors
- We charge a small service fee only on successful tutor-student connections
- Platform fees are clearly displayed before any transaction
- No hidden charges - all costs are transparent and disclosed upfront
- Fee structure may be updated with 30 days advance notice
Payment Terms
- Tuition fees are agreed upon directly between students and tutors
- Payments can be made through our secure payment gateway or directly
- Platform service fees are automatically deducted from transactions
- All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment receipts and invoices are provided for all transactions
Refunds & Cancellations
- Platform service fees are non-refundable once a connection is established
- Tuition fee refunds are subject to agreement between student and tutor
- We may mediate refund disputes on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation
Content & Intellectual Property
User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the platform
- By posting content, you grant us license to use it for platform operations
- You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies
- User reviews and ratings become part of the platform's public record

Account Termination

- • We verify tutor credentials but cannot guarantee teaching effectiveness
- • Users assume responsibility for direct interactions and agreements
- • Platform availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues
- • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Our maximum liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, except where prohibited by applicable law.
